Leading Ethos, Andrew is dedicated to fostering a company culture centered around teamwork and exceptional service. Combined with a business administration degree, his diverse hands-on experiences are core components that shape Andrew’s emphasis on quality and servant leadership. He aims to create genuine, rewarding experiences and relationships for his team, customers, and the community of Steamboat Springs which he proudly calls home.

Andrew is a former NCAA Division 1 track and field athlete, Ironman, and an avid real estate investor. Having grown up on a rural Texas ranch, he learned the tenets of stewardship firsthand. This is also where he developed his love for the outdoors, which he now loves sharing with his wife Julie, their sons Max and Nolan, and friends alike.

At Ethos, Andrew’s leadership is guided by a straightforward goal: to deliver excellent second-home management and an incredible workplace. Committed to hard work, innovation, and integrity, he strives for efficient, quality pathways to success, inspiring his team and meeting client needs without cutting corners or compromising ethics.

Kristyna Kelly, Home Manager

A graduate of economics and accounting from a business-focused high school in the Czech Republic, Kristyna’s passion for organization is the backbone of her work. She thrives on keeping everything orderly and under tight control—a quality that makes her exceptionally reliable when managing exacting details for homeowners.

Kristyna honed her meticulous attention to detail over a decade-long accounting career and time spent leading a high-end cleaning team. As the Ethos Accounting and Administrative Manager since 2013, she is the guardian of accuracy and efficiency.

Kristyna’s life is a blend of adventure and fun outside the office. Hosting friends and family, skiing, travel, and hiking with her husband and two daughters feeds her soul.

Andy Dugal, Home Manager

Andy Dugal started at Ethos in 2022 skillfully managing home management, maintenance, landscaping, and snow removal. Now, Andy is laser focused on turning your second or third home into your favorite one. His versatility and commitment to excellence shine through his work, especially in leading teams and complex problem solving.

Holding a bachelor’s degree from Northern Michigan University, Andy’s career in management has spanned home maintenance, hospitality, landscaping, and transportation, showcasing his ability to lead diverse teams and achieve high client satisfaction.

At the core, Andy is driven by a single goal: ensuring clients have positive experiences. This commitment has earned him the respect and loyalty of those he serves, guiding him through his diverse career. Andy’s efforts have significantly boosted client satisfaction and staff retention, improving business efficiency and growth.
